BECKY FREY IS IN TOP 1 PERCENT ON THE LIST OF BEST REAL ESTATE AGENTS. Judging Criteria: D Magazine mailed nomination ballots to area residents who recently purchased homes and to D Magazine subscribers. An additional 250 ballots were sent to mortgage and title companies, who are often best able to judge a real estate agents technical skills and knowledge. April 1st 2008 - ONE ARTS PLAZA, Briggs Freemans Becky Frey and Claire Dewar have been chosen by the developer to list the highrise, ranging from $695,000 to $2,050,000
"Buyers have a window of opportunity to get in now and purchase the remaining properties at One Arts Plaza before the arts venues are completed," said Becky Frey, adding that One Arts is the only residence in the Arts District currently ready to move into. According to owner Lisa Schlacter, the several residents already ensconced have forged friendships, and residence parties and get-togethers are routine.
